The OCD Chair Series
‘The OCD Chair Series’ is part of a collection of work that I am creating around the theme of 'OCD and Creativity', in which l aim to explore my own experiences to start a wider conversation about mental health. This stop-motion animation demonstrates how my OCD can be seen in my daily life. Since moving into my current flat, I have attempted to find a use for a chair in the corner of our bathroom. I thought that if I exaggerated the obsessive nature of this search, it could serve well as a humorous example of my OCD in my daily environment, through showing multiple potential purposes for the chair with little success.
